Abstract

|
Job coach support project is a project started for the employment of people with severe disabilities keep strengthening. The project assistant job and support professionals to provide various services for supported employment of disabled workers employed person other than a business improvement jobs and maintain employment. The reason for placing the job-site is also assistant to businesses in order to overcome negative prejudices against persons with disabilities in addition to employers maintain employment of people with disabilities. However, with respect to job evaluation project assistants have not been identified for the results being achieved mainly because of disabilities it can be said consumers assistant business job worker and employer needs and satisfaction of performing institutions.
Therefore, by identifying the needs and satisfaction of employees with disabilities and employers can be said of the job aide consumer business through this study explores employment expansion and maintenance plan for people with disabilities.
